Choose your own adventure and navigate the Exhibit Hall with your interests and focus. See what’s new from your industry, including medical advancements that will change patient care and biosimilars, as well as other clinical research developments that are likely to have a significant impact. NEW! Clinical Trials Pavilion — Find our new Clinical Trials Pavilion in front of the Innovation Theater, with companies dedicated to recruitment and sharing of clinical trials research. Make sure you save some time to check out the latest trials.
Innovation Theater (located in the upper left-hand corner of the Exhibit Hall, Booth #2050) — Gain in-depth knowledge on rheumatology-related developments. Participating exhibitors will provide 45-minute presentations to showcase their noteworthy products and services. Innovation Theater sessions are not an official function/event of the American College of Rheumatology.
Live Lightning Talks Lounge (off the main aisle toward the back of the Exhibit Hall, Booth #1173) — If your is schedule packed, join us in the Live Lightning Talks Lounge from 11:30 a.m.–12 p.m. on October 26–28 for Live Lightning Talks, five-minute presentations designed to showcase what’s new in your industry at lightning speed. Snacks will be provided amidst a cozy library atmosphere. Live Lightning Talks are not an official function/event of the American College of Rheumatology.
- NEW! Live Mini-Sessions — Thirty-minute presentations starting at noon on October 26–28 in the Live Lightning Talks Lounge.
- NEW! Clinical Trials Talks — Fifteen-minute presentations given by our clinical trials companies, who are shaking up the industry with their exciting efforts. Clinical Trials Talks start at 2 p.m. in the Live Lightning Talks Lounge on October 26 and 27.
- Library Books — In the Live Lightning Talks Lounge, enjoy a collection of library books packed full of information. Use your mobile device to scan the QR code on the library books and read at your leisure. Feel free to relax in the Live Lightning Talks Lounge while you study the medical literature made available by ACR exhibitors.
Non-Profit Exhibitors (located at the front of the main Exhibit Hall entrance) — These organizations want to share how they are supporting you in your practice and how they are working to create robust, worldwide networks for patient support and disease awareness. You’ll be surprised at what you find!
Snacks — Daily snack breaks will magically appear (the magic is the catering staff). Pay attention to your mobile app notifications for surprise and delight announcements in the Exhibit Hall.
The Exhibit Hall will be open Sunday, October 26, and Monday, October 27, from 10 a.m.–5 p.m., and Tuesday, October 28, from 10 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

If you weren’t able to make it to a live session during ACR Convergence 2025 — or you want to revisit a session from the annual meeting — make plans to watch the replay. All registered participants receive on-demand access to scientific sessions after the meeting through October 31, 2026.
