Session Description:
In this virtual satellite symposium, which will also feature clinical case examples, experts will provide an overview of SLE immunopathology and offer guidance on the assessment of disease activity, visceral organ involvement, and steroid toxicity. Faculty will review optimal management approaches per treatment guidelines, present recent clinical data, and highlight therapeutic advancements. Strategies for utilizing effective communication and shared decision-making to improve therapy adherence and patient satisfaction will also be discussed.
