Registration is open for ACR Convergence 2025! There are two main registration passes to experience the meeting—All-Access Pass and Scientific Sessions Pass—as well as several add-on options, providing different educational formats and topics. Early registration is open through August 21, and the ACR has created a video to guide you through the registration process.
The All-Access Pass includes entry to sessions starting on October 24–25, including advance programming like the Review Course and Basic and Clinical Research Conference, plus the Opening Session & Awards and Grand Opening Networking Event on October 25, scientific sessions on October 26–29, and access to the Poster Hall and Exhibit Hall on October 26–28. Early registration is $1,350 for ACR members and $1,950 for physician potential members, with discounts available for interprofessional team members, fellows in training, students, residents, and rheumatology professionals from developing countries and countries in active conflict.
The Scientific Sessions Pass includes entry to all scientific sessions, starting with the Opening Session & Awards and Grand Opening Networking Event on October 25, scientific sessions on October 26–29, and access to the Poster Hall and Exhibit Hall on October 26–28. Early registration is $1,050 for ACR members and $1,450 for physician potential members.
Both registration options offer access to on-demand recordings of nearly all scientific sessions through October 31, 2026. CME/MOC can be claimed for viewing sessions on demand.
This year, we’re hosting a new add-on option for clinicians, practice managers, and interprofessional team members working in community and private practice settings. The Practice Innovation Summit, taking place October 24–25, will offer tailor-made content focused on how to build a smarter, stronger, and financially sustainable rheumatology practice. Fees are $699 for members and $799 for potential members. Attendees can register for the Practice Innovation Summit without purchasing an ACR Convergence meeting pass.
The Ultrasound Conferences and Meet the Professor sessions are also back for the 2025 meeting. The Ultrasound Conferences comprise two unique courses, Basic and Intermediate/Advanced. Both courses will take place on October 24–25 and require an additional fee of $1,995 for members and $2,495 for potential members. Additionally, attendees can register for the Ultrasound Conferences without purchasing an ACR Convergence meeting pass.
Back by popular demand, small group Meet the Professor sessions allow attendees to get up close and personal with a seasoned faculty member speaking on topics like rheumatoid arthritis, vasculitis mimics, osteoporosis, myositis, and more. Fees per session are $85 for members and $135 for potential members. Purchasing an ACR Convergence meeting pass is required to add a Meet the Professor session.
The ACR has also compiled helpful travel and visa information for international rheumatology professionals traveling to Chicago, Illinois, including a letter of invitation, details on obtaining a travel visa, and more.
