Welcome to Orlando for ACR Convergence 2026! Innovation will be the watchword of the week as participants from around the world gather to delve into recent breakthroughs in the foundational science and clinical care of rheumatology, as well as new developments in medical education, practice management, and more.

“ACR Convergence is the largest rheumatology meeting in the world,” said ACR President William F. Harvey, MD, MSc, FACR. “No other meeting will have such a rich display of science paired with incomparable educational opportunities. Though the meeting is and can feel quite large, great attention has been paid to creating smaller environments for interaction, such as add-on Meet the Professor sessions, ultrasound workshops, guided poster tours, and networking lounge activities. Presentations from young investigators as well as giants in the field are interspersed throughout the program, with opportunities to interact with the speakers directly.”
The Annual Meeting Planning Committee (AMPC) has developed a robust program featuring expert speakers in six tracks: ARP, Basic Science, Business of Rheumatology, Clinical Science, Pediatrics, and Workforce and Education. Browse the mobile app or online planner for session details.
“One of the strengths of ACR Convergence is its continued emphasis on the high-quality science moving rheumatology forward and disseminating new knowledge and new ways of thinking about the diseases our patients face,” said AMPC Chair Gregory Gardner, MD, MACP. “The meeting is structured so that all rheumatology professionals benefit from attending, including MDs, DOs, ARNPs, PAs, RNs, social workers, pharmacists, OTs, PTs, psychologists, and more.”

ARP President Becki Cleveland, PhD, emphasized that attendees will gain ideas they can put into practice right away when they return home.
“We have an exceptional program planned for this year’s meeting—one that will inform, inspire, and empower every member of the rheumatology care team,” she said.
